A typical engagement follows this path:
A free, no-obligation 30-minute Client Journey Review
A proposal scoped to what we find, outlining deliverables, timeline, and fees
Upon written or electronic acceptance of the proposal, the Freedom Backend build begins
Short check-ins throughout the build to confirm decisions and client-facing language
No engagement begins, and no fees are owed, until a proposal has been accepted by both parties.
Pricing is scoped individually after your Client Journey Review, based on the systems your business needs — we don't publish a flat public rate. Fees, payment schedule, and any ongoing support costs are set out in your proposal.
Invoices are due on the schedule stated in your proposal; late payment may pause active work
Fees paid for work already delivered are non-refundable, except as described under the Freedom Guarantee™ below
Any change to scope after a proposal is accepted may result in a revised fee, agreed in writing before the change is made
To deliver the Freedom Backend build effectively, we ask clients to:
Provide timely access to relevant tools, accounts, and information needed for the build
Respond to check-ins and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe
Review and confirm client-facing language and workflows before they go live
Use good faith in describing existing processes, tools, and client data during discovery
Delays in providing access or approvals may extend the project timeline and are not treated as a failure on our part to deliver.
